BHS is excited to be entering its first year of FIRST robotics competition!
Our Rookie Year
Buffalo is proud to join the FIRST Robotic program as team #5542. FIRST stands for "For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology". FIRST has been around since 1985. There are more FIRST teams in Minnesota than varsity hockey teams!
As rookies, we will be competing in the FIRST Robotics competition in February 2015 and have a lot to do before then. We have students, mentors, an advisor but we need your help. We are looking for business investors for financial backing and materials.
Although our adviser is a Buffalo High School teacher, we are a independent team and receive no funding from the school. We are a 501(c)3 educational nonprofit and all donations to Roboherd are tax deductible. Please consider supporting us today.
